Beanfield, formally Beanfield Metroconnect, is a Canadian fibre internet provider headquartered in Toronto that delivers fibre directly to the suite over a network it built itself. It publishes residential service for three Canadian cities, Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver, which is provider-reported coverage, and it lists no U.S. service. In January 2022 it acquired FibreStream, an internet provider in the Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa and Vancouver.
Beanfield's plans are symmetrical, with 1, 3 and 8 Gbps tiers on its Toronto and Vancouver pages and 1 Gbps on its Montreal page, as checked September 23, 2026. It advertises unlimited data, no long-term commitment and hardware rental and installation always included, with Wi-Fi 6 on the 1 Gbps plan and a Nokia Wi-Fi 7 Beacon on the faster plans. Konecteaze's ZIP tools accept only five-digit U.S. ZIP codes, so they cannot check a Beanfield address.
Cogeco, the parent of Breezeline, operates in the same provinces, Ontario and Québec, as Cogeco Connexion.

Beanfield's footprint can change block by block. Enter your ZIP code to see whether nearby listings include Beanfield, then confirm service at your exact address before ordering.
Beanfield is listed as a Other provider. Connection type affects download consistency, upload speeds, and latency, so compare it with how your household uses the internet.
Beanfield competes as a Other provider on speed, price, and reliability against whichever providers actually serve your address — a national ranking can't settle that, but a ZIP-level comparison can. Use the Konecteaze comparison tool to stack Beanfield against two alternatives in your ZIP with the same plan data shown on this page.
Equipment options vary by plan and market. Review what is included before ordering, and check Beanfield's approved-device list before using your own modem or router.
Installation options vary by plan and address. Review the choices and fees shown during ordering. For an existing account, use Beanfield's support site for outages, billing, and account help.
Contract requirements vary by plan and promotion. Review the agreement shown during ordering for the current term at your address.
